  OUR SERVICES- Outside the house:

Exterior Excavation & Waterproofing

(Digging  4-8 feet deep to reach the foundation, then fixing any defective areas with the appropriate materials- hydrolic cement, blue skin primer, blue skin membrane and rubberized platon membrane- all applied to the foundation wall, followed by a drainage layer and new gravel, then refilling.)

(Cost is negotiable + GST per linear foot, including labour & materials.)

(Remember: Our work comes with a 25-year  lifetime transferable warranty on parts and labour!)

 Window Well & Lateral Drain Installations

(Digging  in front of the window to the footing, fixing any cracks, applying waterproofing materials, installation of a lateral drain to the weeping tile. This step is needed to protect and prevent any water from leaking inside through the basement window or under grade window).

High Pressure Water Jetting/Weeping Tile Cleaning

(If there is a drainage problem, this may mean that a pipe or weeping tile is plugged and needs to be cleaned and restored.)

Brick-Masonry-Stone Sealing

(To prevent spalding and corrosion from salts
Beam pockets and brick flashing can be reinstated without removing the bricks.)
